My name is Alec Vanderlinden, and I’m a graduate student in the programming program at Thomas More. I’ve always been drawn to computers and technology, and that interest has only grown stronger over time.

In my free time, I enjoy gaming, staying active with sports, and diving into a good book. I’m comfortable working both with a team—where I can learn from others—and on my own, usually with some good music in the background.

My previous studies in VFX gave me a creative approach to problem-solving, which I apply in many areas, from my school projects and personal work to my job as a host for The Park Playground VR.
